The Repair Process
1. Submit a Repair Request
Begin by completing the Repair Request Form at the bottom of this page. This helps us gather the necessary details about your drone and the issue(s) you’re experiencing.
2. Ship or Drop Off Your Drone
You can ship your drone to us or schedule a drop-off at our facility.
If you select “Shipping” on your Repair Request Form, we’ll send you step-by-step shipping instructions to ensure your drone arrives safely.
3. Confirmation of Drone Received & Diagnostic Evaluation
Once your drone arrives, we’ll send a confirmation email and start a full diagnostic inspection to identify the cause of any issues.
4. Repair Quote
After diagnostics are complete, you’ll receive a detailed repair quote outlining the required parts, labor, and estimated turnaround time.
5. Approve or Decline Repairs
- If you approve the quote, we’ll order any necessary parts and begin the repair process immediately.
- If you decline, a $80 diagnostic fee will apply, along with return shipping costs (if applicable).
6. Quality Testing & Final Inspection
Once repairs are completed, we perform comprehensive ground and flight tests to confirm your drone is fully functional and ready to be added back into your fleet.
7. Payment & Return
After successful testing, we’ll send you a final invoice for the repair.
- Once the invoice is paid we will promptly ship your drone back to you with tracking information.
- If you’re picking up in person, you may pay the invoice in advance online or pay with cash (exact amount) or with a check at the time of pickup.
